Voluntary Nature of Contributions

By making a donation, the benefactor confirms the voluntary nature of the contribution without receiving any material compensation.

Use of Funds

Collected funds are used exclusively for the implementation of the foundation's charitable projects in accordance with its statutory activities.

What the Funds Will Cover

Purchase of: • fabric, bases, and netting; • spunbond, burlap, ribbons; • paraffin, wax, and materials for candles; • cans, cardboard, and related materials; • logistics and aid delivery costs.

Terms of Charitable Contribution

By making a donation, the benefactor: • confirms the voluntary nature of the contribution; • agrees to the possible reallocation of funds between the foundation's charitable projects; • agrees that the charitable contribution is non-refundable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

• a person making a donation to a specific project consents to its reallocation/use in other projects (for example, if fundraising is closed or no longer relevant).

Use of Remaining Funds

If the collection exceeds the required amount or the project loses relevance, the remaining funds will be used by the foundation for other charitable projects in accordance with statutory activities.

Reallocation of Funds

In cases of: • completion of fundraising; • exceeding the required amount; • loss of project relevance —

the foundation reserves the right to use the funds for other charitable projects.

The benefactor agrees to this when making a donation.

Refund Policy

Charitable contributions are voluntary and are not subject to return under the legislation of Ukraine.

Financial Reporting

The foundation operates in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Financial reporting is published after the completion of reporting periods or the implementation of projects.
