This Offer constitutes an official proposal to make a voluntary charitable donation to support the activities of the Foundation.

Subject of the Donation

Funds are directed towards: • manufacturing camouflage nets; • manufacturing camouflage suits (ghillie suits); • manufacturing trench candles; • other humanitarian and defense projects.

By making a payment, the donor confirms: • the voluntary nature of the donation; • the absence of expectation to receive goods or services in return; • agreement with the rules regarding the use of funds.

Funds may be used for: • purchasing materials; • logistics and delivery of aid; • administrative expenses within the limits of the law.

If fundraising for a specific project is completed, the remaining funds may be redirected to other charitable purposes.
